tuner through all three module's presets and should not be used for this test.

MT-3000 Trouble-Shooting - Verifying an MC-3000 and MC-3800 Source Addresses
If you are using an MC-3000 or MC-3800 control, you can check the keypad to determine if in
fact it has been programmed by the Delta-88. Since this operation is performed directly on the
keypad, it should be the first test. To verify that the keypad has been programmed by the Delta-
88 as described in the above section, follow these steps.
1
On the keypad, press and hold the SHIFT button until the words "ENTER CODE"
appear.
2
Enter the program code 1-8-6-7 using the keypad's source buttons (1-8, left to right). The
numbers will appear on the keypad as the appropriate source button is pressed. If you
pressed in a wrong number, continue typing in the correct number as the enter code
function only scrolls through the four access code numbers.
2
Press the SHIFT button again. The keypad will indicate that access to the program mode
has been granted by displaying "PROGRAM MODE". Please note, that the keypad will
automatically time-out of the program mode if no buttons are pressed over a five second
interval. If this occurs you will need to repeat step 2.
3
Press the BASS UP (or MODE - home theater keypads) button until "CHECK SETUP"
appears.
4
Press the tuner source buttons one at a time. The display will read the keypad's source
button's address as programmed from the Delta-88 (i.e. "MT3000 TUN 1").
Take careful note as to the addresses displayed on the keypad during the "Check Setup"
procedure. If the addresses differ from the tuner's address, two things may have occurred.
i
If the keypad's source buttons display a different address from the same source buttons
on the Delta-88, the keypad may have not been fully loaded with the Delta-88's program
as discussed in steps 11 and 12 of the previous section. You will need to repeat these two
steps.
ii
The keypad's source address matches the Delta-88s source address but these addresses
differ from the MT-3000's address. Please note, if the display is reading "MT-30001 TUN
1", the Delta-88's source address is wrong. If the source address is wrong or if the source
address does not in any way match the above format you will need to change the Delta's
