Maximum Programs Exceeded
The "Maximum Programs Exceeded" message displays in the "Schedules" menu if you try to create a new
program after exceeding the four program limit. To create a new program you must first delete an existing
program. For information about deleting a program, refer to "Schedule Menu" on page 32.
IntelliChlor Salt Chlorine Generator (SCG) Error Messages
The IntelliChlor Salt Chlorine Generator status and error messages are displayed in the "IntelliChlor" menu
(see page 38). Use the following information to resolve the IntelliChlor Salt Chlorine Generator problems. To
access the "IntelliChlor" menu, press Menu > Diagnostics > Chlorinator.

Possible Cause

Check cable from IntelliChlor SC to EasyTouch PL4/
PSL4 Control System circuit board.
Refer to IntelliChlor (SC) User's Guide troubleshooting
information.
The water salt level is between 2500 ppm and 2900
ppm. The IntelliChlor (SC) will continue to produce
chlorine at a reduced level. See IntelliChlor SCG User's
Guide for details.
The water salt level has fallen below 2500 parts per
million (ppm). IntelliChlor (SC) will not produce chlorine
until additional salt is added manually. See IntelliChlor
(SC) User's Guide for details.
Check IntelliChlor electrolytic cell controller. Refer to
IntelliChlor (SC) User's Guide troubleshooting
information.
Cell has calcium build up and requires cleaning. Refer
to IntelliChlor (SC) User's Guide for cleaning
instructions.
