PCIe Cards
The Oracle Exadata Storage Server X7-2L EF and HC servers each have eleven PCIe slots.
These can contain cards installed at the factory, or ordered from Oracle and installed on site. All
PCIe cards must be of a type supported for your server. On only the HC server, one PCIe slot
can accommodate only an internal HBA card.
Some PCIe cards require configuration, either when you install the server, or when you add or
change them. For a list of PCIe cards, refer to the Product Notes for the related Oracle Server
