Installation Checklist

Following are the steps needed to install the Tire Changer. Perform them in the order shown.

1. Review the installation Safety Rules.
☐
2. Make sure you have the necessary Tools.
☐
3. Find an appropriate Location.
☐
4. Make sure there is adequate Clearance around and above.
☐
5. Unpack the Tire Changer.
☐
6. Install the Storage Cabinet.
☐
7. Install the Bead Breaker Mechanism.
☐
8. Anchor the Tire Changer.
☐
9. Connect to Power.
☐
10. Connect to pressurized Air.
☐
11. Prepare the Lube Bucket.
☐
12. Grease the Assist Tower Posts.
☐
13. Test the Tire Changer.
☐
14. Review the Final Checklist.
