To register this AccuTemp product for warranty complete the following items:
1. Complete the Installation/Operational Checklist and Warranty Registration Form enclosed in
the document packet that was sent with the appliance.
2. Mail, fax or scan and send via e-mail the form to AccuTemp Products, Inc to the contacts listed
for each type on the form.
