Causes

head may be worn out
and causing an air leak.

Sensor not recognized.
Troubleshooting
Solutions
Confirm power is present at all electrical
connections from the source all the way to the
panel jack.
Unplug the power at the panel. Using a known
good Prolitec provided 15VDC power supply,
reapply power at the panel. If the appliance
works, replace internal power supply.
Increase the output rate by one or two settings
and evaluate detection in 30 minutes. Repeat
as needed. If consumption requires cartridge
change more frequently than each month, install
an additional appliance.
Replace the O-Rings by removing the worn one
with a pointy tool and rolling on the new ones.
Lower the output rate in increments of one
or two settings or down to the starting rates
suggested in the room size chart.
If sensor is not being used, reinsert or replace
HVAC jumper.
If sensor is being used:
1. Confirm sensor installation meets
requirements
2. Confirm air is flowing in the duct being
sensed
3. Using a multimeter, confirm that there's
continuity on the sensor plug when air is
flowing, and an open circuit when the air is
not flowing.
If 1-3 above are confirmed, replace appliance.
