3 Mounting and installation instructions
Warning
Switch off the power supplies prior to any assembly,
installation or maintenance work.
Warning
Use only power sources that guarantee reliable
electrical isolation of the operating voltage as per
IEC/DIN EN 60204−1. Also observe the general require
ments for PELV circuits as per IEC/DIN EN 60204−1.
The handling module is delivered ready−to−install.
Direct mounting via through−holes in the sub−base
Mounting to profile columns with slot nuts (acces
sories)
Recommendation: mount the handling module preferably
in an upright position to profile columns. Two profile
columns are required for type HSW−16 and HSP−25−....
Note
Excessive forces and torques can destroy the drive and
mechanics.
S Mount the centres of mass of the effective load as
close as possible to the axes of symmetry/pivot bear
ing of the linear guide.
S Comply with the maximum permissible values for
dynamic and static loads.
