Service
Our instruments are 100% quality-controlled, i.e. each and every individual
instrument has been tested before leaving the factory. The RQflex 10
is maintenance-free. The detailed instructions should allow for problem-free
o p e r a t i o n .
H o w e v e r, if there is still an unsolvable problem please call us.
Our well-trained staff will be pleased to offer you the help you require.
Important
Please call our Technical Services Department first before you send back
your instrument. The staff will provide all necessary information to help you
deal with the problem properly.
Warranty
1 . The manufacturer grants for this RQflex 10 a total replacement
warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.
2 . Any repairs must be carried out only by our Service Department.
In the case of a proven malfunction we will supply you with a replacement
instrument immediately.
3 . Warranty will not be granted in cases of wrong handling, abuse,
or improper use.
4 . Warranty will not be granted if the instrument has been opened
(except by our Service Department).
5 . In the case of a warranty claim it is essential to return the instrument
together with a copy of the original order details or invoice, i.e. date
of purchase, order number, where purchased.
