4) エアーノズルにノズル取付板を取付けます。
4)-1 ファイバーセンサを左右釜のどちらかに 1
つ取付けた場合ノズル取付板 4 にエアー
ノズル用チューブ ( φ 4) 2 をそのまま取
付けます。

Attach the nozzle installing plate to the air tube.

In case of attaching one fi ber sensor to either
the left-hand side hook or the right-hand side
hook :
Directly attach tube for air nozzle (ø 4) 2 to
nozzle installing plate 4 .
4)-2 ファイバーセンサを左右釜に取付けた場合
は、
a) 長さ 120mm と 270mm のエアーチュー
ブφ 4 を用意します。
b) エアーノズル用チューブ ( φ 4) 2 に三又
継手 ( φ 4) 5 を取付けます。
c) 120mm の エ ア ー チ ュ ー ブ ( φ 4) 7 と
270mm のエアーチューブ ( φ 4) 6 を三
又継手 ( φ 4) 5 に取付けます。
d) エアーチューブ ( φ 4) 6 とエアーチュー
ブ ( φ 4) 7 にそれぞれノズル取付板 8 に
取付けます。

of the left-hand side and the right-hand side

a)
Prepare a 120 mm length of air tube ø 4 and
a 270 mm length of air tube ø 4.
Attach three-way joint (ø 4) 5 to tube for air

Attach 120 mm length of air tube (ø 4) 7 and
c)
270 mm length of air tube (ø 4) 6 to three-
way joint (ø 4) 5 .
Attach nozzle installing plate 8 to air tube (ø

4) 6 and air tube (ø 4) 7 respectively.
5) ノズル取付板 8 を釜軸台 9 に仮止めします。
6) センサ保護チューブとエアーノズル用チュー
ブを結束バンド !1 でまとめます。
Temporarily attach nozzle installing plate 8 to

hook shaft base 9 .

Fix the sensor protection tube and the tube for
air nozzle with cable band !1 .
