A-1 Locate the malfunction.
A-2 Connection of rear wheel sen-
sor coupler.
Check the locking condition of
the coupler.
Disconnect the coupler and
check the pins (bent or broken
terminals and locking condition
of the pins).
A-3 Connection of ABS ECU cou-
pler.
Check the locking condition of
the coupler.
Disconnect the coupler and
check the pins (bent or broken
terminals and locking condition
of the pins).
A-4 Connection of wire harness
ECU coupler.
Check the locking condition of
the coupler.
Disconnect the coupler and
check the pins (bent or broken
terminals and locking condition
of the pins).
A-5 Wire harness continuity.

Rear wheel sensor: no normal signals are received from the rear

B Neutral switch: open or short circuit is detected.
C Clutch switch: open or short circuit is detected.
Execute the diagnostic mode.
