■ Scan to Mailbox
1. From the controller operation panel, display the screen that appears when [Run
Setup], then [Server Setup] is selected.
2. Specify the following.
• Clear Each Scan Job:After 1 day/Now/Manually/After 1 week
• Enable Mail box Passwords:Yes/No (default Yes)
3. From PageScope Web Connection, register the Mailbox.
4. Enter the Administrator mode of PageScope Web Connection.
5. Display the screen that appears when [File], then [Mailbox] is selected.
6. Click [Create].
7. The name and password of the mailboxes can be specified.
■ TWAIN settings
Install Fiery Remote Scan from the Utility CD-ROM.
For details, refer to the Printing Guide included with the controller.
■ Registering One-Touch key/Temporary Registration key
NOTE
One-Touch key and Temporary Registration key can only be registered with PageScope
Web Connection.
By using the [Search Key] and [Lookup Address] buttons, you can use the LDAP func-
tions to search and input the E-mail Address.
One-Touch key Registration
1. Display the screen that appears when [Scan], then [One-Touch Key Registration] is
selected.
2. Select the index.
NOTE
To select [Scan to E-mail (Group)] as the transmission method, select [Group]. If any
other index is selected, these cannot be specified as the transmission method.
3. Select the one-touch box.
4. Select the transmission method, and then click [Next].

5. Specify the necessary settings for the selected transmission method.
6. Click [Apply].
Temporary Registration
Settings specified with Temporary Registration can only be used once. To recall settings
multiple times, register them with One-Touch Key Registration.
1. Display the screen that appears when [Scan], then [Temporary Registration] is
selected.
2. Select the temporary registration box.
3. Select the transmission method, and then click [Next].
(Scan to E-mail, Scan to FTP Server, Scan to Mailbox or Internet Fax)
4. Specify the necessary settings for the selected transmission method.
5. Click [Apply].
6. Checking Operation After Specifying Settings.
After the setup procedures for the controller and user environment are finished, check the
operation to ensure that the setup has been performed correctly.
