9. Specify the scanner setting
■ Scan to FTP Server
1. From the controller operation panel, select [Run Setup], [Network Setup], [Service
Setup], then [FTP Setup].
2. Specify the following.
• Enable FTP Services
• Enable Proxy Setup
• Proxy Server IP Address
• Proxy Server Port Number
• Proxy Server Timeout (sec)
• Proxy Server User Name
• Proxy Server User Password
The procedure for specifying settings using PageScope Web Connection is described
below.
• Start up PageScope Web Connection.
• Register One-Touch key or Temporary Registration key. (Refer to "Registering One-
Touch key/Temporary Registration key" on page 23.)
■ Scan to E-mail
1. From the controller operation panel, select [Run Setup], [Network Setup], [Service
Setup], then [E-mail Setup].
2. Specify the following.
• Enable E-mail Services
• Outgoing Server: IP address of the SMTP server
• Fiery Email User Name
• Fiery Email Domain Name
• Administrator Email User Name
• Administrator Email Domain Name
• Timeout (sec) (same as for POP3 server)
• Maximum Scan File Size (KB)

The procedure for specifying settings using PageScope Web Connection is described
below.
• Start up PageScope Web Connection.
• Enter Administrator mode.
• Display the screen that appears when [Scan], then [E-mail Settings] is selected.
• The setting for dividing scan files and the maximum number (1-10) of e-mails that
can be sent can be specified.
• Register One-Touch key or Temporary Registration key. (Refer to "Registering One-
Touch key/Temporary Registration key" on page 23.)
■ Scan to Internet FAX
Transmission settings
From the controller operation panel, select [Run Setup], [Network Setup], [Service Setup],
then [E-mail Setup], and then specify the various settings. (Refer to "Scan to E-mail" on
page 22.)
Reception settings
From the controller operation panel, select [Run Setup], [Network Setup], [Service Setup],
then [E-mail Setup], and then specify settings for the following.
• Enable E-mail Services
• Enable Print via E-mail
• Incoming Server: IP address of the POP3/IMAP server
• Server Type
• Account Name
• Password
• Fiery Email User Name
• Fiery Email Domain Name
• Administrator Email User Name
• Administrator Email Domain Name
• Timeout (sec) (same as for SMTP server)
• Polling Interval (sec)
The procedure for specifying settings using PageScope Web Connection is described
below.
• Start up PageScope Web Connection.
• Register One-Touch key or Temporary Registration key. (Refer to "Registering One-
Touch key/Temporary Registration key" on page 23.)
