The keypad as well as, if required, an externally connected keyboard are
controlled by a controller, that scans the keys and, on the one hand,
transmits their key codes to the PC and, on the other hand provides the
key codes at 24 volts outputs.
Transmission of the Key Codes
The key codes of the keypad are transmitted to the PC via MF2 as well as
to the two 24 V outputs according to the following table. The key numbers
specified in the table are illustrated in the following drawing:
