Mounting
The dimensions of the VPP 21.1 with touch screen are:

• When installing the VPP 21 observe to ensure an ergonomic
operation. Additionally, ensure that all moving system/machine
components are in sight of the operator.
• Avoid installation locations exposed to direct sunlight, as the screen
readability is reduced and additional heat development can occur.
• Provide a sufficient minimum clearance of 100 mm for cooling around
the VPP 21.
• Lay all connecting cables in loops and use drag chain suitable cables.
Provide the cables with strain reliefs.
• Keep a suitably large distance from sources of interference.
The VPP 21 is provided for gibbet mounting. As Bosch Rexroth
accessories you can order a bracket (see chapter 9, "Ordering
information").
Note:
The cables are supplied through the gibbet to the VPP 21.
Accordingly, it could be reasonable to pull a cable into the
section to mount already while mounting the VPP 21 to the
gibbet.
Attach the bracket professionally, e. g, at the machine, according to the
respective requirements.
