Define a default procedure
In addition to the plant maps, the MT8001 can provide treatment instructions when
an event is being treated (see the MT8001 Operation Manual for more information
about these pages). By default, no instructions are available and, without a specific
configuration, when the operator looks in the assisted treatment instructions, the
message "No instructions associated with this event" appears.
Since there are numerous detectors and devices, rather than defining a specific file
for each one of them, it is recommended that you replace the existing default in-
struction file (<project folder>\XMLData\Instructions\nullInstr.bmp) with one that
apply to most devices and detectors.
For those devices that should have special instructions associated with them, you
will need to have a specific procedure file, which you associate to each property of
that device or data-point.
Define customised procedures
The customer should provide one or more procedure bitmaps or texts that they
want to have associated with the safety and security devices in case of an event.
The bitmap or text may contain standard event treatment instructions, or informa-
tion such as phone numbers for the police, fire, and maintenance departments.
This procedure file can be associated to single objects as described in 5.4.4 on
page 45.
Instructions have to be bitmap files manually copied into the project folder
The event treatment procedures should be in bitmap file format:

Other bitmap pages used by MT8001 can be customised. Namely:
− Quiet Window Background, shown when no event is pending.
− Alarm Window Background, shown when an event occurred.
