5 Cleaning, maintenance and validation
5.1 Check & Clean process

Replace the drain filter / O-rings on the drain filter

Frequency: Every 4 weeks or every 200 cycles (whichever comes first).
IMPORTANT
The drain filter should be cleaned weekly or after every 50 cycles, see
"Clean the drain filter [→ 86]".
ü The DAC Universal is switched on and is in the Check & Clean
process menu.
ü Wear your personal protective gear.
ü The screwdriver included in the scope of supply is available.
1. Go to the next C&C option by pressing the " Next Check & Clean
step " function key.
2. Or go a step further in this Check & Clean option by pressing the
" Navigate to next step " function key.
3. Fold up the flap in front of the drain connection.

4. Unscrew the lid of the filter housing using the screwdriver.
5. Go a step further in this Check & Clean option by pressing the
" Navigate to next step " function key.
6. Unscrew the drain filter from the filter housing counterclockwise by
04:00 PM

The drain filter may contain germs.
CAUTION
Risk of burns!
The drain filter may be hot.
7. Go a step further in this Check & Clean option by pressing the
" Navigate to next step " function key.
