Deleting a contact

Procedure:
1. Navigate to Directory
2. Tap
3. If you want to delete a contact from the specified
contact group, tap Local Directory to select the desired
contact group
4. Tap after the desired contact
5. Tap Delete. The phone screen prompts you whether to
delete the contact
6. Tap OK

Deleting all contacts

Procedure:
1. Navigate to Directory
2. Tap
3. Long-tap a contact
4. Tap the radio box in the top right of the screen
5. Tap > Delete contacts. The phone screen prompts you
whether to delete all contacts
6. Tap OK

Moving a local directory contact to the blacklist

You can move a contact in the local directory to the blacklist.
Incoming calls from this contact will be rejected automatically.
Procedure:
1. Navigate to Directory
2. Tap
3. If you want to select a contact in a specific contact group,
tap Local Directory to select the desired contact group
4. Tap after the desired contact
5. Tap Blacklist. The phone screen prompts you whether to
move this contact to the blacklist
6. Tap OK

Searching for contacts

1. Navigate to Directory
2. Tap
3. Do one of the following:
• Tap . Enter a few continuous characters of the contact
name or continuous numbers of the contact number
(office, mobile or other number). The contacts whose
names or phone numbers match the entered characters
will display in the result list
• Tap the desired letter (e.g., T) along the right side to jump
to contacts whose names start with that letter

Blacklist

Incoming calls from the blacklist contacts are rejected
automatically. You can store 30 contacts in the blacklist to
block unwanted callers.

Procedure:
1. Navigate to Directory
2. Navigate to > Local Directory > Blacklist
3. Tap
4. Edit the blacklist contact's information
5. Tap the Account field and select the desired account in the
pop-up dialog box
