Printing the DIRECTORY DIAL list
You can print a list of the recipients registered for directory dialing. You may want to keep the list
near your machine to refer to it when dialing.
Follow this procedure:

Press [Additional Functions], and then press [OK].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select <3.REPORTS/LISTS>.

in alphabetical order.
– <YES> [ ]: Prints the list with the destination names in alphabetical order.
– <NO> [ ]:
• The DIRECTORY DIAL list is printed.
