1) Functions
- Generates an user defined timing clock specified as [ D ] to On at the scan count specified as 'n1 '
and to OFF at the scan count specified as 'n2'.
- At the initial status (when the timing pulse is off), the timing pulse is off.
- When 'n1' =0, the timing pulse is always off.
- When 'n1' >0 and 'n2' =0, the timing pulse is always on.
