Specific air/flue gas applications

If the boiler has been modified, for example:
high pressure systems

CLV overpressure (combusted gas discharge

systems)
It is necessary to mention on the sticker provided: This
boiler has been set for.... This sticker must be affixed to the
top of the boiler next to the identification plate.

n high pressure systems
Flue gas discharge hoses with smaller diameters are available
commercially for use with the boiler, these hoses are specifically for
renovations where the existing flue gas discharge duct is not suitable
for condensing flue gases.. Some boiler settings must be changed for
this application of the boiler.
This is described in detail in the flue gas discharge systems
practical manual Calenta.
n WTW coupling
The boiler has been prepared for use in conjunction with a Itho
HRU heat exchanger unit. Some boiler settings must be changed for
this application of the boiler. Full details are provided with the special
connection kit (accessory component).
Always use the heat exchanger connection kit when using
the heat exchanger coupling.
n CLV overpressure (combusted gas discharge systems)
Under certain conditions, the boiler can be used in a CLV
overpressure system. Some boiler settings must be changed for this
application of the boiler. The setting can be modified using
parameters p19 and p"0.

Additional Directives

4 Please refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the material in
question when installing the flue gas discharge and air supply
materials. If the flue gas discharge and air supply materials are not
installed according to the instructions (e.g. they are not leakproof,
not clamped in place etc.), this may cause hazardous situations
and/or result in bodily injury. After assembly, check at least all flue
gas and air–carrying parts for tightness.
