Press the "No/Clear" key then the display returns to the initial state.
Your machine rings when a call is being received. The Message Display shows that a
document has been received by Mailbox RX
Press the "Function" key.
Press '4' of the Keypad to select "PRINT MAILBOX RX".
Using the Keypad, enter the 4-digit mailbox password which has previously been
programmed for the mailbox involved and which has been given to the other party.
If you have entered the wrong number, press the "No/Clear" key and enter the correct
number.
Check that the mailbox password is correct.

Press the "Yes" key to validate the mailbox password.
•
If the password you entered is correct, then your machine starts printing the
document that is stored in memory.
