Improving Image Quality

Symptom
The image is too light.
The image is too dark.
The copy appears blurred.
The copy has unintended
specks or spots.

transmitting reservation of
a document because the
number of reservations is
more than the maximum 20
allowed.
(Up to 20 transmitting
reservations can be
registered.)
Possible cause
A lighter density level for
the Auto Density Mode has
been specified.
A lighter density level for
the Manual Density Mode
has been specified
The paper is damp.
A darker density level for
the Auto Density Mode has
been specified
A darker density level for
the Manual Density Mode
has been specified.
The surface of the original
glass is dirty.
The original document is
not securely placed upon
the original glass.

You may make the Manual
transmission.
You make a transmitting
reservation for a document
after transmitting the
reserved document.
Cancel the transmitting
reservation of a document
stored in memory by using
"5.8 Cancel reserve" and
you make it again.

level priority to darker level.
Adjust the density level to
darker, using the density
adjustment keys.
