Press the Numeric Keys

For example, when you press the '3' of Keypad, the display would show "MAILBOX TX".

Press the "Function" key.
The Message Display now prompts you to select the FUNCTION utilities.
There are two method to select the Function utilities:
•
Pressing the keypad.
•
Pressing the "Function" key.
