■Adjusting the steering clutch cable
Refer to diagram 3 and use the adjust nut to tighten or loosen the
steering clutch cable.
If you return the steering clutch lever but drive will not engage,
move the adjust nut in the direction of (A).
If you grip the steering clutch lever but drive will not stop, move
the adjust nut in the direction of (B).
After adjusting, fix the adjust nut by tightening the lock nut.
■Adjusting the handlebar up/down cable
Refer to diagram 4 and use the adjust nut to tighten or loosen the
handlebar up/down cable.
If you move the lever but the handlebars do not move up or down,
move the adjust nut in the direction of (B).
If you do not move the lever but the handlebars move up or down
when a load is placed on the machine, move the adjust nut in the
direction of (A).
After adjusting, fix the adjust nut by tightening the lock nut.
■Adjusting the parking brake cable
 If you neglect to adjust the parking brake, it could drag while
you are driving the machine, or the brake could fail while you
are on a slope, causing the machine to run out of control.
Refer to diagram 5 and use the adjust nut to tighten or loosen the
parking brake if you detect any abnormalities.
If you release the drive clutch lever but the parking brake is
ineffective, move the adjust nut in the direction of (B).
If the parking brake is on while driving (parking brake can not be
released), move the adjust nut in the direction of (A).
After adjusting, fix the adjust nut by tightening the lock nut.
■ Adjusting Change Cable
1/8 in
This machine speed will be controlled by wires. It could be out of
alignment during driving position because wires could be str etched
in the initial stage. Please adjust the wires after stop engine. If
machine will keep working, might be happened accident because of
the gear slipping.

Please adjust tension of wires by nut. Please make sure there
is a space 1/8 in at the both ends when the gear is "Forward 3"
and "Reverse" .[Refer to Diagram 6]
