Clearing paper jams

To avoid paper jams, load the paper correctly into the paper tray, use
Tektronix transparencies, and use paper grades such as Book, Bond, or Text
in the paper tray. Use manual feed for thick papers, short papers, and
envelopes. Keep paper and other supplies clean and free from dust.
Note To avoid paper jams, clean the printer periodically. Refer to
"Cleaning the printer" on page 4-8 for cleaning details.
Paper jams can occur in these places:
1. At the paper tray
2. At the manual feed slot
3. Inside the printer
4.
Near the output tray slot
5. In the rear of the printer
