eZ80F91 Module Operational Description
The purpose of the eZ80F91 Module as a feature of the eZ80F91 Contest
Kit is to provide a design platform. It enables to make use of eZ80F91
device features such as on-chip EMAC, SRAM, Flash, etc.
Static RAM
The eZ80F91 Module features 128 KB of fast SRAM. Access speed is
typically 12 ns, allowing zero-wait-state operation at 50 MHz. With the
CPU at 50 MHz, SRAM can be accessed with zero wait states in eZ80
