6.1 Introduction - troubleshooting

In this chapter, a number of messages are listed which may be shown in the display if there is a
malfunction. There is a proposal as to the cause and steps to take for each message. This chapter also
presents some symptoms that can guide you if the product does not work as expected. More
suggestions for steps to take in the event of malfunction or symptoms can be found on
www.husqvarna.com.

6.2 Fault messages

The list below shows a number of fault messages that may be shown in the display of the product.
Contact your local Husqvarna representative if the same message appears often.
Message Cause
Wheel motor
Grass or other object is wrapped
blocked
around the drive wheel.
Cutting system
Grass or other object is wrapped
blocked
around the blade disc.
The blade disc lies in a pool of water.
Cutting height
Grass or other object is wrapped
blocked
around the cutting height adjustment,
or between the blade disc and chassis.
Trapped
The product has got caught in some-
thing.
The product is stuck behind a number
of obstacles.

Action
Check the drive wheel and remove the
grass or other object.
Check the drive wheel and remove the
grass or other object.
Move the product and prevent the col-
lection of water in the work area.
Check the blade disc and the bellows
around the cutting height adjustment,
and remove any grass or other objects
that may have got stuck.
Free the product and rectify the reason
for it becoming trapped.
Check if there are any obstacles which
make it hard for the product to move on
from this location.
