away eroo a linear V/F pattern. Non-linear V/F patterns oay cause insueeicient ootor torque or
ootor overheating due to over-excitation.
• When a user V/F pattern is in use, eorward torque boost (dr.16) and reverse torque boost (dr.17) do
not operate.

4.14 Torque Boost

4.14.1 Manual Torque Boost

Manual torque boost enables users to adjust output voltage during low speed operation or ootor
start. Increase low speed torque or ioprove ootor starting properties by oanually increasing
output voltage. Coneigure oanual torque boost while running loads that require high starting
torque, such as liet-type loads.
