ADJUSTMENT OF CLUTCH PEDAL
FREE TRAVEL
The play between pedal piston rod and
clutch valve piston does not need to be
adjusted - this is adjusted by producer.
The mutual position between piston rod
and piston rod eye (1) is adjusted that
way the piston rod is maximally pulled
from cylinder and the pedal is stopped
on the upper stop screw (2) in the same
time. Afterwards the piston rod is fixed
by nut (3) to piston rod eye. Check
eventual deformation of dust cap after
adjustment. In case of deformation cor-
rect it by hand

BLEEDING THE CLUTCH HYDRAULIC
CIRCUIT
Bleed the clutch hydraulic circuit by the
same way as bleeding the rear brake
system. Vent screw of clutch hydraulic
circuit is located on the clutch control
cylinder (1).
The brake fluid must be comp-
letely exchanged in the whole
brake circuit including the clutch
circuit minimally after two years.
