If asymmetry of the brake effect appears
between the left and right brakes, it is
necessary to loosen the adjusting screw
(7) of the brake with higher brake effect,
until the brake effects of the right and left
wheels are equal, however, the loosen-
ing of the screw by 1/2 turn as a maxi-
mum is allowable. If asymmetry of the
brake effect is not eliminated even after
such adjustment, the tractor brakes must
be adjusted at an authorized service
centre.

PARKING BRAKE ADJUSTMENT

1. Set the lever (4) so that the distance
between the bracket (K) and fork face
on lever (4) is 109 mm (so that the
lever (4) forms an angle of 20° with
the vertical plane).
2. Screw the nut (2) to the contact sur-
face of the pin (3) without any play
and any pre-stress – it must not come
to depressing of the arms (5).
3. The adjusting procedure is the same
on the right-hand and left-hand tractor
side.
4. Use the nuts (8) to adjust the Bowden
cable of the parking brake lever so
that when an angle of 20° is kept on
the lever (4), the parking brake lever
has no clearance.
5. Lift and lower the parking brake lever
(1) several times. This way you will

eliminate possible mutual clearances
among the parts.
6. Check adjustment of the parking bra-
ke system, if needed, re-adjust and
check tightening of all locking nuts (6),
(8).
If asymmetry of the brake effect of the
parking brake appears between the left
and right brakes, it is necessary to
loosen the upper adjusting nut (2) of the
brake with higher brake effect until the
brake effects of the right and left wheels
are equal, however, the loosening of the
nut (2) by 1.5 turn as a maximum is
allowable. If asymmetry of brake effect is
not eliminated after such adjustment, the
tractor brakes must be adjusted at an
authorized service centre.
Note: To make the brake adjustment
easier, there are adjusting holes in the
tractor cab floor.

ADJUSTMENT OF FREE TRAVEL OF
CLUTCH PEDAL
A correct clearance between the pedal
piston rod and main cylinder piston is not
adjusted - it has been factory set by the
manufacturer. It is necessary to adjust
the mutual position between the piston
rod and piston rod eye (1) so that the
piston rod is maximally pulled out of the
cylinder and simultaneously the clear-
ance between the pedal and the upper
stop screw (2) is 0.1 - 0.2 mm. Subse-
quently the piston rod is fixed with the
nut (3) towards the piston rod eye.
Check eventual deformation of the dust
cap after adjustment, in case of deforma-
tion correct it by hand.
