cooling is enabled.

Based on the cooling curve, the controller determines the required flow
temperature at a certain composite outside temperature. The cooling curve is
determined by defining 2 fixed points (flow temperature setpoint at 25 °C and
35 °C).
This determines the flow temperature required for cooling at a composite outside
temperature of 25°C without giving consideration to summer compensation.
