C functions for normalization/recalculation
If a value <= 0 is entered in the NORMAMOUNT (reference quantity) cell of the
FB_PARAM_XXX archive, the parameter set with the values originally entered is used for job
control. A value in this cell of > 0 means that the data record is to be normalized automatically
and the normalized values of the individual parameters saved directly at the block.
The FB_PARAM_CALC_XXX archives are used for this normalization or indeed for data record
recalculation–either manual or triggered by the process. Recalculation can also be triggered
