Static and dynamic procedure enables

In other libraries, so-called procedure enables are used to block or release certain user-defined
operations on tanks. To achieve compatibility, these enables are also available in the storage
location management of the APF Toolbox. They function in a similar way to material class /
material type releases. If they are used, they can be enabled in the engineering tool (see the
engineering tool help for details).
The enables are external and are therefore implemented as actual values appearing on the
right side of the editor screen FB_STOR_ED.pdl. There are also 128 different user-defined
releases (enables), split into four 32-bit cells (ACT_RELxSTAT and ACT_RELxDYN columns,
x = 1..4). These releases are, however, split into static and dynamic releases. Dynamic
releases are set and removed by the process, static releases by the operator. Releases are
only accepted if both are set. For example, when these releases are used, the search function
queries both (static and dynamic). The storage location only meets the criteria and is displayed
if both releases are met.
The release cells correspond to bit-coded 32-bit integer values (DINT). Negative values in the
user archive are therefore perfectly possible. For example, -1 stands for "all 32 bits set".
Example:
The second bit is set in the ACT_REL1_STAT cell. For this release to take effect, the second
bit in the ACT_REL1DYN cell must also be set.
Static releases 1, which means archive column ACT_REL1STAT, are displayed in the following
picture window. Bits 0, 1 and 3 are set in this window. The corresponding integer value would
therefore be 11.
