Messaging

The "FB_STOR" block uses the "ALARM_8P" block to generate messages. Following CPU
startup, messages are suppressed (QMSG_SUP = 1) until the "RUNUPCYC" cycles have
elapsed.
The version error will additionally be reported through the ALARM_8P (SIG_7).
The following messages can be output:
