Description

Object properties
The following table shows the object properties of FB_STMAT:
FB_STMAT
Area of application
The AS function block "FB_STMAT" (storage material) is used to search materials in storage
locations from the AS.
The block offers the following functions:
● Sending search requests for a material to the OS
– Freely definable search filter
– Freely definable results sorting
● Searching the user archive on the OS for the specified material, listing storage locations
found and reporting them to the AS
● Automatic or manual selection of a storage location from the selection listed and reserving
the setpoint quantity to be exported at the storage location
● Canceling the reserved setpoint quantity when export is complete.
● Monitoring data communication (generation of alarms)
Note
The actual export is made via application-specific mechanisms, not by this block.
Startup characteristics
The "FB_STMAT" block is called from the startup OB upon CPU startup. This call is configured
during CFC configuration by the CFC editor. Internal data and outputs are reset upon startup.
Program execution starts once the "RUNUPCYC" cycles have elapsed.
During startup, the output "QRUN_UP" = 1.
Time characteristics
The block must be called from a cyclic interrupt OB.
