3 Replacement of Main Parts

Following table describes the necessary adjustment after the replacement of each parts.

Remove the GUIDE RAIL COVER and CARRIAGE

COVER.
Remove the screw shown in the figure together with the

washer.
Remove the CARRIAGE BOARD and disconnect the

PINCH ROLL SENSOR WIRE, SOLENOID WIRE and
CARRIAGE CABLE.
Necessary Adjustment
1. Initialize
2. Select Model Type by DIP SW on Main Board.
3. Upgrade Firmware.
4. Tool Pressure Adjustment
