Telnet Password Management page
Setting the Console password
To require password authentication when the user logs in to the switch
through the Console, you must edit the Console password. Select
Administration > Security > Console from the main menu and perform
the following procedure.

list. Three options are available in the Console Switch Password

None
Users who access the switch through the Console require no
password.
