Getting Started with Zilog's ZMOTION TM Development Kit
Flat Lens Holder 0.9 Focal
The flat lens holder is a 2 piece assembly that provides a 0.9" focal length mounting. To assemble the
lens and lens holder, place the flat lens into the inside of the cap. Ensure that the grooves of the lens
are facing inward. Place the cap over the base, ensuring the top of the lens is toward the arrow on the
base. Use the provided ¾" machine screws (2) with a nut to secure the cap in place. Place the lens

and lens holder assembly onto the ZMOTION Development board with the arrow on the lens holder
aligned with the "Primary Placement" arrow on the circuit board. The 4 screw holes in the circuit board
should line up with the 4 mounting holes in the lens holder. Use the provided ½" machine screws (4)
with a nut to secure the lens holder in place.
