Problem
Software lags in Google Chrome browser
Sound quality is muffled
Hardware does not show up in device discovery

Solution
Problem is browser­related. Turn off hardware accel­
eration option in Chrome.
Use equalizer to adjust frequency response. See the
equalizer applications for the appropriate use.
• Ensure the devices are powered
• Ensure PC and equipment are on the same net­
work and set to the same subnet
• Turn off other network interfaces not used to con­
nect to the device (including WiFi)
• Check that DHCP server is functioning (if applica­
ble)
• Reset the device
