12 Service and error messages in the stand-by menu

If a status message is available, the standby menu shows an exclamation mark on selection key "S2"

▶ Press the "S2" selection key ① to display status messages.
▶ Press the selection keys "+" ② and "-" ① to switch between multiple status messages.
▶ Press the "OK" selection key ③ to exit from the display of status messages.
Error messages in the status display
Malfunction
Display shows: ID 33
Display shows: ID 64
Display shows: ID 65
Display shows: ID 66
Display shows: ID 67
Display shows: ID 68
Cause
No CAN node and/or in‐
ternal communication is
faulty.
Water is shut off.
Water works leaks
strongly.
Water works malfunc‐
tion
Safety switch of bowl
suction has been
reached.
Amalgam separator
malfunction
The oxygenal container
is empty.
Call for service
Remedy
▶ Call a service technician.
▶ Turn water on.
▶ Call a technician.
▶ Turn external suction on.
▶ Check and clean, if required, the bowl valve.
▶ Remedy the malfunction.
