The end of the calibrator segment was not detected. It takes too long for a
calibrator segment to reach the electrodes.

The ISE tubing is leaking or blocked.

Ensure that the ISE Calibrator Indirect on the ISE unit is available and check the
level of fluid; replace if necessary.

Repeat the measurement.
