B. General Security
1. The lock shall

energy-isolating device. No one other than
the person/persons placing padlocks and
lockout hasps on power shall remove

2. Tagout System—Tags are warning devices
affixed at points of power disconnect and are
not to be removed by anyone other that the
person placing tag on power lockout. Tags
shall never be by-passed, ignored, or
otherwise defeated.
