Invacare® Bora/Spectra XTR Series
The pelvic belt should be positioned in the area between the
user's pelvis and thighs so that it is unobstructed and not
too loose. The ideal angle of the pelvic belt to the horizontal
is between 45° and 75°. The maximum permissible angle
is between 30° and 75°. The angle should never be less
than 30°!

The safety belt installed in the transporting vehicle should
be applied as shown in the illustration above.
1) Center line of the body

occupant
CAUTION!
Risk of injury
– If you are unable to fasten your mobility
device securely in a transport vehicle, Invacare
recommends that you do not transport it.
Your mobility device may be transported without restrictions,
whether by road, rail or by air. Individual transport
companies have, however, guidelines which can possibly
