■CN2/CN2L
By using CN2L connector, the external encoder of A/B/Z-phase differential output type can be connected. The following table
shows the communication method of the encoder compatible with MR-J5-_G_ and MR-J5-_G_-RJ servo amplifiers.
Operation mode
Linear servo system
*1 The MR-J4THCBL03M branch cable is required.
*2 Connect a thermistor to CN2.
Application
Connect the digital I/O signals.
Connect a servo motor encoder or an external encoder.
Connect the external encoder.
To configure the absolute position detection system by using a
direct drive motor, connect the battery for absolute position data
backup.

Connect the input power supply.

Connect the control circuit power supply and regenerative option.
Connect the servo motor.
When the main circuit is charged, this light is up. While the light is
up, do not change the wire connection and the like.
Install the battery for absolute position data backup.
Connect this terminal to the protective earth (PE) of the cabinet.
Displays the model, capacity, and others.
