Description
Operation is performed in the cyclic synchronous position
mode.
Operation is performed in the cyclic synchronous velocity
mode.
Operation is performed in the cyclic synchronous torque
mode.
Operation is performed in the homing mode. Or it
performs a homing.
For Jog operation, positioning operation, motor-less
operation, DO forced output and program operation, MR
Configurator2 is necessary.
Description
The linear servo system can be configured using a linear
servo motor and a linear encoder.
The direct drive servo system can be configured to drive
a direct drive motor.
High-resolution encoder of 67108864 pulses/rev is used
for the encoder of the rotary servo motor.
The rotation position of the servo motor can be backed up
without the battery. Using the servo motor with this
encoder can configure the absolute value detection
system without the battery.
Description
The servo amplifier is connected to equipment such as a
controller through CC-Link IE TSN.
This function supports SLMP (SeamLess Message
Protocol). Servo parameter settings and monitoring are
available.
This function delivers the settings of the servo
parameters and others from the controller.
