I N S T A L L A T I O N
When operating the table's con-
trols be sure to observe all cau-
tions and warnings given in the
manual to prevent injury to both
operator and client.
CAUTION
The table weighs as much
200 lbs. DO NOT lift or move
the unit without using proper
safely procedures
equipment. DO NOT turn the
table on its side for any reason.
To do so could cause damage
to the base and will void the war-
ranty. There are no serviceable
items that require this action.
Never lift the table by grasping
the table top as the table top is
not designed to hold the weight
of the base and you could dam-
age the table.

The table comes completely assembled and ready to use. Plug the cord into
a functioning outlet that is rated for the table.
Arrange the power cord and foot switch so that they will not create a tripping
hazard. Place the controls in a safe location where they are convenient and
accessible. Keep the controls out of the way of all table mechanisms.
L E V E L I N G I N S T R U C T I O N S
If Table Will Not Sit Flat on the Floor:
The table is equipped with Leveler Feet that adjust to level the table on
uneven floors. To adjust the Leveler Feet to suit common floor dif-
ferences you will need to use a
wrench. Adjust each leg individually in turn by adjusting the height of each
leveler foot until the unit rests level and steady. This adjustment will
not affect the function of the table.
