Erasing all messages

Press { 菜单 } ({F1} key).

Press {#}{1}{6}{3}.

Press { 选择 } ({F1} key).
L If you have the message which you
do not listen to, "有未播放留言" is
displayed for a few seconds.

Press {*}.
L To cancel erasing, press {#}, then
press {关闭}.
Answering System Features
Memory capacity
The total recording capacity (including
caller messages and recorded
conversations) is about 12 minutes. A
maximum of 50 messages can be
recorded.
L If message memory becomes full:
– the ANSWER ON indicator flashes
rapidly.
– the unit announces "留言已录满
(Memory full)" when operating the
answering system.
To record additional messages, erase
unnecessary messages.
L Messages are retained even if a power
failure occurs. All messages are saved
until you erase them. (Flash memory
message backup)
L The total recording capacity may be
changed by the calling party's and your
background noise. (The displayed and
announced remaining recording time will
be also changed.)
Note:
L If message memory becomes full, the
unit will automatically switch to the
"仅问候语不能录音" mode. The pre-
recorded message used for "仅问候语不
能录音" mode will be announced to
callers (page 44). New messages will
not be recorded.
