Copying phonebook
items
You can copy one or all of the phonebook
items from the cordless handset to the
phonebook of a compatible Panasonic
handset (page 4).
Important:
L Make sure the destination cordless
handset is not in use.
L If an outside call is received during the
phonebook copy, copying will stop. You
will need to copy the item(s) later.
L Ringer ID setting for phonebook items is
not copied (page 34).

Copying an item

Press { 菜单 } ({F1} key).

Press {#}{1}{4}{3}.

Press { 选择 } ({F1} key).

Select the destination handset's
number by pressing {<} or {>}.

Press { 选择 } ({F1} key).

Select " 单一 " by pressing {<} or {>}.

Press { 选择 } ({F1} key).

Press {V} or {^} repeatedly to display
the desired item.
L To search for the item by the search
name or the group, see page 29.

Press { 选择 } ({F1} key).

L When the item has been copied,
"复制完毕" will be displayed.
L To copy another item, repeat from
step 8.

Press { 关闭 }.

Copying all items

Select the destination handset's
number by pressing {<} or {>}.

Press { 选择 } ({F1} key).

Select " 全部 " by pressing {<} or {>}.

Press { 选择 } ({F1} key).

Press { 选择 } ({F1} key).
L When all items have been copied,
"复制完毕" and the number of the
copied items will be displayed.
