Guide to cordless handset programming
You can customize the unit by programming the following features using the handset. To
access the features, there are 2 methods: scrolling through the display menus (see below)
or using the direct commands (page 41).
L Mainly the direct command method is used in these operating instructions.
Important:
L Before programming, make sure the cordless handset and base unit are not being used.
The cordless handset must be operated near the base unit.
Programming by scrolling through the display menus

Press { 菜单 } ({F1} key).
L "系统设置" is displayed.

Press {V} or {^} to select the desired main menu.

Press { 选择 } ({F1} key).

Press {V} or {^} to select the desired sub-menu.

Select the desired setting by pressing {<} or {>}.
L This step may vary depending on the feature being programmed.

Press { 保存 } ({F1} key).

Press { 关闭 }.
Note:
L Only "子机信息" is displayed when:
– "服务区外" is displayed on the cordless handset display.
– the base unit or other cordless handset is in use.
During programming:
L To exit programming, press {关闭} at any time.
