Multi-unit Operation
Conference calls
A conference call allows the cordless
handset and the base unit or a compatible
Panasonic handset (page 4) to speak
together with an outside party.
Note:
L When you page all units, the user who
answers first can establish a conference
call.
Using the cordless handset
1
During an outside call, press
{ 内线通话 }.
More than 2 cordless handsets:
To page the base unit, press {0}.
To page other handset, press its
extension number ({1} to {6}).
To page all units, press {*}.
L The call will be put on hold.

When the paged party answers, press
{ 保留 } on your cordless handset to
establish a conference call.
L "会议通话" will be displayed.
L To leave the conference, press
{关闭}. The other 2 parties can
continue the conversation.
Note:
L The outside call can be put on hold by
pressing {保留} during a conference
call. Communications between
extensions are not suspended.
L You can cancel the conference call by
pressing {通话}. You and the outside
party can continue the conversation.

Using the base unit

During an outside call, press
{ 内线通话 }.
More than 2 cordless handsets:
To page other handset, press its
extension number ({1} to {6}).
To page all units, press {*}.
L The call will be put on hold.

When the paged party answers, press
{ 保留 } on your base unit to establish a
conference call.
Note:
L While you use the speakerphone, you
cannot make a conference call.
L The outside call can be put on hold by
pressing {保留} during a conference
call. Communications between
extensions are not suspended.
